MUH-REE-WHAT?
Meribo, pronounced "Muh-REE-beau", is a combination of two Italian words: Meridionale (southern) and Cibo (food).
But we don't care how you say it as long as you're here.
EAT TOGETHER
We believe the best way to enjoy a meal is to sit down with friends, order too much food and drink, and literally “share” with one another.
PIZZAS
Our pizzas are Neopolitan style.
They have a thin crust and are cooked in a crankin hot wood fired oven, Ours have a little crispier crust than their Italian counterparts. We have the basics as well as some tasty combos we thought up ourselves. We don’t offer a gf crust at this time, but we can make any pizza “crustless” for you.
PASTAS
Our pastas are all made in house and named after the shape of the noodle.
We love making and eating pasta here, and we hope that shows through in each dish.
We want our pastas to be comforting and delicious. The rest of the menu bounces around a little bit. You will definitely see things you recognize, they will just have a little Meribo in them.
BRUNCH
Brunch is one of the more wild shifts around here. One day a week people decide to get together and eat breakfast and booze it up. We bake fresh biscuits, sling a ton of frozen tots, add in some bourbon french toast and some truffled scrambled eggs on a pizza to round out a fun, fully alcohol absorbent brunch menu.
If you just want the basics and some hot coffee, we got you covered there too.
